You can defend networks and information systems against cyber attacks with Utica College’s online BS in Cybersecurity. The program’s industry-specific coursework gives you the skills to develop cybersecurity strategy and critical software install plans.

 

Multiple Designations as a National Center of Academic Excellence

The online bachelor’s program offers four specializations:

 
  1. Network Forensics and Incident Response
  2. Information Assurance
  3. Cybercrime and Fraud Investigation
  4. Cyber Operations

Admissions Requirements

The 120 credit online BS in Cybersecurity degree is eligible for completion by first time freshman, as well as those transferring in credits towards earning their BS degree. Interested students need not have prior cybersecurity education or computer science training to apply.


Generous Transfer Policy

Students can transfer up to 60 credits from a 2-year institution and up to 90 credits from a 4-year institution to the online B.S. in Cybersecurity degree program. Transfer credit is awarded for courses taken at a regionally accredited college that are equivalent to those taught at Utica College and in which you've received a grade of "C" or better. The last 30 credit hours in the bachelor’s program must be earned at Utica College. Note that we require official transcripts from all colleges you've attended, as well as a transcript showing degree awarded.
